That did not go "cheap". A lot to spend for essentially the next level Atom!

Oops, I suppose a "Wetsfield " may have started out as a trials car.

This week's offerings out there in the market. Hardly anything comes up in Craigslist now that they added the fee.

I'm wondering the backstory, as I have never seen this car here in Greenville, never.

With only 700 miles in 5 years, it doesn't look to have been on the road much. Nice car, decent BIN price, assuming it was well constructed. Hillbank didn't have the best reputation.

I'd say it was a track car looking at the photos.

I'm fairly certain the car from Maine is a 70/80's caterham. The only things that look "right" are the wingard taillights. Interesting that it does't appear to be running a front arb.

The Bonham's car looks like a real lotus, despite a few few minor details (e.g. steering wheel, tachometer). The chassis plate doesn't appear to be original, however. The description is written by someone who has no idea what they're talking about (desirable alloy hood? Twincam?) I wonder if the John Watson has confirmed the number stamped on the chassis corresponds to SB1401.

Tires in the background give it away
