Based on a recent sale, Just this week, a 2017 SV 360 sold for $60,000 on BAT. It had less than 1000 miles on it but my car is a 420 S Model and has more features than the 360. During the auction the comments were amazingly gracious and knowing how these cars are selling and amazing to drive I opted to raise the price. There are a lot of potential buyers and there are a lot of tire kickers, I will communicate only with anyone who is truly interested in the buy, not just off the cuff questions. So please, if you are a TRUE potential buyer , state that in your reply and I will without question , connect with you. Since you belong to this forum, you already know these cars, their specifics and how the handle. looking forward to hearing from a serious buyer.

Price increase makes sense based on the BAT price. But to get comparable $, you might need to list it there.

FWIW, as a person who has sold 2 Se7ens, my early questions to prospective buyers became: Has your wife/girlfriend blessed this possible purchase yet? If not, contact me later, if and when they do. Also, do they actually have the financing or cash? Still, there seems to be a group that loves to ask infinite questions, demand more pix, run you thru the mill, then offer 50% of listing price....

Any reason not to list it on BAT or even be the first 7 on cars & bids?

As a cash buyer, who is just starting a search, your $9,000 bump in asking price based on a BAT auction sale, one which had far more details than your have here, I find it to be a relative turn off to have to chase after the details, as if your car was made of unobtainium. As I have stated on other high dollar automotive sites, with great clarity (Feel free to ask Rick aka: Mark IV if you want a reference), and a lot of research "an auction result does not make the market".

I'll leave it at that. Ball is in your court, no need to respond, letting me or anyone else know what you have, if we are on this site, we already know the basics, it's up to you to wow us from there.

PS: My apologies to everyone else for my terse response.

Out of consideration to the seller, skyoung (a paid forum/club member), fellow forum members should refrain from voicing their personal or professional opinions on a seller's own personal for sale ad on USA7s. It is different to the Ebay/Craigslist thread where for the vast majority, the sellers are not on this forum and so allows a level of community discussion.

I get that people may not like the ad or the price or have some other beef but we should all respect that skyoung is free to determine how he wants to sell his car and what he wants to sell it for. The market will always determine the outcome. This way we all have the same courtesy extended to us when it comes time for us to sell our own cars.

    Thanks for listening
