Default Torque spec for Type-9 fill plug?

Does anyone know the torque spec for the fill plug on a Type-9? I can't find it online or in my reference section at home. Given it's an awkward reach in the Westfield, I'd prefer to use a torque wrench to ensure I don't screw it up.

    Thanks,

Manual (here https://www.dropbox.com/sh/5p1sx08nq...nual_Type9.pdf) says 24-30 lb ft. (Section 2, page 168).
