    Default Old Race Picture

I found this picture while looking at some SCCA race results from 1962. Do you think I can use an “authentic” roll bar like this on my Lotus 7 vintage racer?

I still use skinny bias ply tires. You guys don't know what you're missing out on.

Derek Hill's Seven (His first race car) is probably my favorite.

There are guys today that still run less substantial roll bars.

Fantastic pics, TheDingo. That Derek Hill's Seven looks like a beast.

Derek Hill is around our age, Geoff! I think he'd be about negative 11 in that pic.
Derek Bell on the other hand... and that does look like Goodwood ca. 1964...

Thanks, Josh. Derek Bell is certainly who I meant.
