Does anyone know how to get, or has templates or drawings for body panel parts? E.g. Side Panels, Rear Panel, Wheelarch Panel, Pedal/foot boxes, etc?

Hi scudracer,
The best way to make templates is to make them on your car using craft paper or some type of heavy paper as templates for someone else’s car might not fit your at all. All most all the original Sevens and I would suspect that a large number of the Caterhams and Westfields have the skins hand fitted due to little differences from frame to frame.

Scud,

You could maybe try one of the aftermarket suppliers? For Caterham there's carbon-bits.com who offer 'a carbon composite version of every aluminum panel on your car' (maybe the name should have been 'hard bits for sevens'), which means they have the templates. If they won't release the drawings or specs - and I doubt they would personally - they might at least give you some leads or advice.

Steve.
