Inoperative Tach

I was at a track day today and my tachometer decided to stop working. Any suggestions on where to begin diagnosing what the cause might be? It's a Caterham with an SVT Zetec. Thanks.

Check your grounds.

Also check the sensor + connector. May have gotten hit by debris.
