I purchased a 1275 CC BMC engine right after it was rebuilt. I was told it was bored over .020 inches and had the head planed (to ensure it was flat). I have since put ~1500 miles on it. However, I decided to go for more power and have replaced the engine.
So, I have the engine and ribcase transmission now sitting in my garage and I'm contemplating selling them. Both are in very good condition. The only issue I have is that the rear seal on the tranmission needs replacing (I did not know that until after I had put it into the car).
