Car was "completed", if they ever truly are, last summer. As I sit today with 15" of new snow dreaming about getting it back on the road.

Drew-Nice ride. I covet your carbon mirrors. Did you get the exhaust powder coated black or is that just the lighting? I bunch of the other guys inquired about the halfdoors recently, so your pic is timely. Thanks again for posting the pix.-Al

Al, the exhaust cover was anodized aluminum that I had stripped and black anodized by a local shop. Actually the windsheild uprights were clear anodized also then stripped and black anodized.

I actually found the half doors on ebay!

Does anyone know where I can get clear signal lenses? I would like to eliminate the orange and use colored bulbs.<edited><editID>drew...</editID><editDate>2007-03-02 13:41:34</editDate></edited>

Hi Drew,

Nice car.

As for the clear turn signal lenses you might want to check with Moss Motors as the signal lenses look a lot like the early TR4A front signal lenses which was a clear lens and used yellow bulbs. If that dose not work try your local boat supply house as boats have a clear running light and they usually cary an number of different sizes and shapes.

Update photos with video camera mounted and high brake light visible. At speed shot is at BIR in Minnesota entering the straight-away which doubles as a drag strip.
