Best source for Crossflow electrics

As part of completing an off season tune up parts stock-up, I'd like to source the following parts that are correct for a 1700cc Kent crossflow motor.

Can someone share their recommended spec and store:

-sparkplugs
-Distributor cap (side take-off)
-Plug wires
-Coil

I called Ben at Caterham USA and used the plug wires/and spark plugs he sent (didn't pay attention to the source, tho). I left the Diz cap and coil alone and have had no problems. Also changed trans fluid, diff fluid, oil and coolant soon after purchasing my car.

Plugs: NGK B8ECS
Distributor Cap: Bosch, Lucas or Aldon type?
Plug Wires: Taylor
Coil: Bosch Blue or Petronix works fine
