I've creat a web page witch speak about JPEs. This page include all press article whitch was wroten about JPE, in english, and in french, and several other thing about JPEs (models, history, specifications, etc.)
This page is at : >http://caterham.jpe.free.fr (http://caterham.jpe.free.fr)
If you see some mistake, or if you have some informtion to add to this page, please tell me.
It is my third Caterham at date. I've owned a 1600 K (ex cup), and then, a beautiful injected HPC, and now, my dream, a veritable Caterham JPE. I am an happy owner, it's a fantastic car.
Please to read you.
Kind regards.

Bienvenue a USA7s.com!
J'adore les JPEs — we're giving away an expertly built Tamiya model as a prize at our US/50th Anniversary meet this July.
By the way, is it Jean or Jeane, masculin ou feminin?

Excuse me, JeanEd for Jean-Edouard, masculin... it's necessary to drive the JPE (humor http://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/images/emoticons/biggrin5.gif )

Thanks, i've just added a new video. In fact, i've tried to push the 2nde gear up to the green zone but tires was cold and they had spin.

Jean-Edouard,
How did you get such beautiful and detailed photos of your JPE frame for your website? Are you a professional photographer?
The backgrounds are so clean and white that the details of the frame components are very easily seen. Definitely the best I've ever sen on a private website!
Bravo!

My guess is that the frame shots are in fact solid model CAD images. My reasoning being that parts like the unsupported ends of the half shafts are nicely oriented with no visible support. I know with SolidWorks you can produce some very realistic looking models if you take the time to set up lighting etc.
Someone must have spent a fair bit of time modeling all that detail.

I think those frame shots are of a 1:12 scale Tamiya Caterham JPE model. I've got one of the BDR cycle wing versions, and the quality is superb!!

Oh yes, pictures are from 1:12 Tamiya models. I have done both BDR and JPE models, and pictures are from both frame.

Here is a new video "on-board", witch was took yersterday, on track, at Ales (30-France).
Please be indulgent, I have old Yoko A-008R tires (witch are from 1996...). And then, I have had troubles with fuel alimentation in big left turns.
Vidéo is 80 Mo and 17 min : >http://caterham.jpe.free.fr/20070310ales.wmv (http://caterham.jpe.free.fr/20070310ales.wmv)
