Hi guys. I got a recommendation that I should save my original tulip wheels as they are NLA and may be worth something some day.

In terms of size and proportion relative to the seven, I think they provide the right balance. I agree they are not the best looking wheel and tire choice on a 13 inch wheel is a beast.

Can folks please post pics of their other wheels and tires in profile with their cars. Please also let me know the wheel and tire sizes and where you got them.

Here is my car as a baseline reference

I'm running 15 x 7 Enkei RP-F1's on my Birkin with Falken RT-615 tires in 205/50-15 size. The wheels weigh 9.8 lbs and the the wheel/tire combo was just under 30 lbs. I bought them from Good-Win-Racing but I'm not sure if those wheels are available in the Caterham bolt pattern.

Here's a picture of my street wheels and one of my track wheels. Streets are Mike Barnby magniesium 3 piece wheels from the UK, originally the R500 factory wheels. I specced them when I ordered my kit. Both sets are 13 inch diameter. The MB's are 6.5 front and 8.5 inch wide on the rear. You can still order the wheels directly from Mike Barnby. http://mb-racingwheels.com/wheel_centres.htm (http://mb-racingwheels.com/wheel_centres.htm)
Originally I ran with Avon CR500 tires, 175-55-13 and 205-55-13 but recently switched over to Toyo R888s for a change.

The Track wheels are Kodiak 3 piece wheels in 13 inch diameter and 10 inch wide hoosier slicks at all four corners. Nice and Light too, but not as light as the MB's. Ordererd them directly from Kodiak. http://www.kodiakracingwheels.com/wheels.html

I found that Rota makes an RB wheel that is 15X7 with the right bolt pattern 4X95.25

Looks like a tasty option

Caterham pattern is 4x108mm (4x4.25).

these are 15x7 mustang wheels, 4lug 4.25 bolt circle, with 205/60/15 tires
wheels are cheap and the tires are a little big but it turned out to be a good solution for street use and i like the looks better than the 185/70/13s that i had before

15x7, 0 offset using a 4x114.3 bolt circle. The only other 15" size is 15x7 40mm offset with a 4x100 bolt circle and I can tell it's not 40mm offest.

^^Damn, this guy is good!

I should have added that that bolt pattern is 4x114.3

Also, these wheels might be up for sale as I've just picked up a set of 14" RS Watanabes.

They're used, and again I have no idea what the offsets are but I hope they fit. Uber-lite!

4x114.3 wheels in that size/offset are easy to come by as they were used on a lot of older Toyotas and Datuns/Nissans.

Probably the best resource for them is club4ag.com

Normally, you can see the offset cast into the wheel somewhere. It will say ETxx, where xx is the offset in millimeters.
