I plan on being there for at least Saturday. Nancy will probably be going with me as well....
I wonder how Al's Series 2 is coming along???
Bruce
It is good to hear that you are also thinking of the Sat. I was planning on being there the Saturday too. Not sure which direction you will take from CT (probably along I-287) but we could get a little convoy to meet up on the way. I-78 goes past Al's place so maybe we could call in to check out his new toy if has arrived by then!
Cheers

Mike - Sounds like a good idea! Not sure if we're going to try to do it in one day or stay over, but as the date gets closer we can work out the details.

Saturday is the only day worth going... everybody is packing up sunday.
I just paid for the tent. As of right now, I have to find babysitting, but I plan to be there again this year.

I don't disagree :) Mazda and I just continuously joke about the looks of the Rotus, so that when we are actually looking at it, the reaction is "oh, it's not THAT bad!"

well, I look at it more often than anyone, and it's pretty bad
The fact that the hood just ends at the windshield right now, and I can't get off my azz to make a cowl for it, bugs me.
But every night, I either have side work to do, or have to work on getting my fleet of planes running from the previous weekend's carnage.
It's much harder to get motivated to work on the car when it drives fine.

Start flying full scale & you won't be working after the previous weekend's carnage.

Is there still a meetup place for DC metro folks going? I have rain gear and plan to drive the project as best as I can.

lol.
I've gotten used to flying my Stryker and electric glider. Tried my hand at a Corsair in more wind than I had business flying in. Waiting for parts to arrive now.

Jeff Duncan said he can't make it. Michael D might make it, but he will be in Baltimore in the morning, so he won't blat with us. I'll check with Scott Lentz tomorrow. I can't remember if Dermot is coming.
What time on Saturday are people aiming to be at Carlisle? I want to make sure I turn up fashionably late :cooldude:

I am braving it with wet weather gear if it rains. Not the tightest seams on the top in automotive history.
