Finally on the road, in NY. After purchasing this (ebay no less, you all probably saw it) in august.
After going through the horrible NY state, 'custom car' registration process, I have in hand registration, and plates!
(only took 3 months!!!)

So here it is, A Classic DeDion with most everything extra, one cold want, I've used the heater already!

It was orignally built in and titled in Oregon in ~2002, Then ended up in George Alderman's shop in delware.

A total of 6000 miles on the car, with Zetec, (1998).

Now all we need is some nice weather.

Since I went to the trouble of mounting a font bumper, per NY State requirements, I thought I'd show a picture of it all decked out for the inspection.

This might be a hijack, but...

"mounting a font bumper, per NY State requirements,"

WTHeck???? seriously? what 'law' do they quote you? what constitutes an acceptable design?

Ian,
Seriously!!!
(BTW, not sure how/why your using the word "hijack"? )

Anyway, In NYS, step one is to Call Albany for a Packet (the paper work and rules). One of the papers is MV-529 which roughly states, Front bumper 16"-20" (at some point)above ground. Bla bla blas..
In any case, I was trying to meet each of these rules on the DMV form, as closely as possible, as I REALLY wanted this to get though the process...
I tried very hard, to meet each thing, The one about the glazing compound on the windshield is a bit out of my knowledge base (need AS -1, AS -10 or AS 14)
