when the car is sitting there needing work, and I don't have time to get to it.

On the other hand, the shopping cart for 7/7/7 and Pacific NorthWest tour is coming along nicely.

BTW, Leno just played a 911 tape from a lady locked INSIDE her car because her batter is dead. http://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/images/emoticons/rofl.gif

Ditto. And I still need a VIN to get tagged / titled.

I drove her to work this morning... low 40s, no door, no top, one fender on http://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/images/emoticons/smile5.gif

Feel much better now.

I suffer from a similar depression. Work was going quick and well on my Caterham, then health issues forced a stop in early July, then the house sold and I had to find and purchase a new one, then move, then the Miata needed some work and on and on. So nothing has happened on the project since July 10th.

I'm settled in now and have a 1,500 sq ft shop next to the new house. The Caterham was moved from the attached garage to the shop this week and I plan to commence work on it next week. It WILL be on the road by Spring!

For me, I find something to do on it almost every day--even if it's only 5 minutes worth. It makes you feel like your accomplishing something. In the end, it's all those 5 minute jobs that cause you the most heartburn and this way they get done.

I got to tell you guys....it is a tough life here in SoCal. I was concerned the starter battery was getting low and so I was forced to take the Seven out to the mountains for a 3 hour battery re-charge. 85 degrees and sunny, I almost broke a sweat. Can't wait for the cold winter days when it is in the 60s or so..... http://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/images/emoticons/biggrin5.gif http://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/images/emoticons/biggrin5.gif http://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/images/emoticons/biggrin5.gif
