Xflow Engine Color

Is there an "official color" for the block on a Xflow? My engine was hot tanked before I bought it with no indications as to what it ever was. My guess is basic semi-gloss black but would appreciate any help. The transmission is a battleship grey color that I've matched.

No idea. Most of the ones I've seen have been black or red (mine's black). Burton Power has a pic of a blue one in their catalog, but that's the only one I've ever seen that color.



Best bet would probably be to find some Cortina owners group or something and ask there.

My old crossflow was gloss black (might have been semi). The guy who rebuilt it would only use black...
