Brian, of WCM, is attending the Knotts Berry Car Show this weekend. He'll be bringing my car there as well... kind of a win-win with him having a car to show and me not having to drive to Texas to pick it up:thumbs:
Only hitch is I don't have a SB100 Cert so the fun begins with the DMV:skep:

Did you opt for the Hydramist water injection as well? I am in the process of rewiring my car for a Hydra and Hydramist transplant.

Knott's on Sunday? I'll be in the area at a family event, maybe I can sneak over and take a look. I won't
have the Birkin though.
Mondo, what time do you think you will be heading home with the car?

I'm thinking of leaving Knotts around 2 or 3 Sunday afternoon (leave Bakersfield late morning).
I'm going to trailer it back (don't want to figure out the car and LA freeway traffic at the same time).
Hope I can find a place down there to park with the trailer, maybe I can bluff my way into the display area...
I don't know what Brian's bringing but mine will be black with weatherkit.
PS- Huge West Coast National Hot Rod show in Bakersfield this weekend.

I saw Brian and Mondo's car at Knotts today. I may be biased but it was the only 7 there, and in my opinion the coolest car at the show.
Factory Five held their own event at Huntington Beach independant of the Knotts show this year. I think they thought the change would really negatively impact the Knotts show. In my opinion it was a refreshing change from the previous years sea of cookie cutter Cobras. And pretty obvious from the picture there were still plenty of Cobras to look at.

Thanks Mike,
Hmm, wonder where the front fenders are (must of run out of time)... guess I'll find out tomorrow.
Mike, still have that offer for a ride in my car for a ride in your plane;)
