Can images be posted as thumbnails?

Is it possible for a poster to specify that uploaded images be displayed as thumbnails which can be clicked on if the viewer wants to see the full-sized image? This would be a time saver for those viewers who have dial-up access, or posters who have things to share that they would like to enhance optionally with more detail. I started looking at HTML tags to accomplish this and then realized that the server must have an app running to handle thumbnails, and . . . Better to ask permission than for forgiveness for screwing up the site.

That's a really good idea. I'm swamped in work these days. There are a number of things I have to do that I have not had a chance to work on. I will add this to the list.
