NYC Broadway Blat in early May?

Folks-

I am going to bust my car out of my friends' store in early May...probably Sat 3, Sun 4, or Sat 10 (the 11th is Mothers Day). In time for Carlisle show.

Thinking of getting in very early (6 AM), getting the car out by 6:30/7 (I'm sure it will take some coaxing) and blatting up West Side Highway then swinging across and down either on Broadway or 5th Ave...I think that early we might be able to get into Central Park. Then brunch somewhere where we can keep an eye on the cars.

Anyone else in? I'd prefer the 10th.

As long as the Birkin continues to show improved reliability I'd definitely be interested (weather permitting of course).

Cool Bruce, it'll be good to see you again (and you car for the first time!).

I just checked and the 10th is really the only day that works for me. I'll come in to get the car rain or shine...if it's really rainy, I'll understand if others don't want to come out and prob head home directly.

I have a film crew who might be interested in filming it...but we'd have to get a critical mass of cars...

If not, I will probably just drive straight home since the car will be changing hands very soon...
