In interest of reducing page load times, bandwidth demands, and disk space, please try to resize pics before uploading.
If you have event pictures or pictures that show some detail relevant to the post, feel free to upload the big copies for everyone's benefit.
Microsoft has a nice little tool for resizing pictures - you can right click on any picture (or groups of pictures) and resize them.
It can be found here. (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx) Look on the right hand side for "Image Resizer".

As I write this, I downloaded 132 pictures that are anywhere from 1.1 Meg to 3 Meg, resized, and reuploading.
