Forming a Lotus Club in SE Virginia

I want to form a club in South East Virginia. My intention is to have a general Lotus / Se7en club serving the general Tidewater / SE Virginia / Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Williamsburg, Richmond area and all parts in-between. The weather is still nice; it is not too late to have a first event.

SEVA Lotus Invades Scotland! October 27

Meet in the parking lot of Yorktown Battlefield National Park for a noon departure to cruise the beautiful, if slow, Colonial Parkway. Then we will take a free ferry ride on the Jamestown-Scotland Ferry. From there we will take a short ride into Surry for a leasurly lunch at the Surry House. Upon finishing lunch we will return to Yorktown and roll through the restored waterfront before heading home.
