I watch the forums with interest, but haven't contributed much to date. However, I felt compelled to start this new topic after an event yesterday while 'tootling' in my Caterham.
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV>While sat at a light, someone in an SUV alongside shouted out a question "would you like to put that car in a calendar?".&nbsp; To cut a long story short, we stopped and chatted and it turned out that he was shooting a car-based calendar with a group of swimsuit models from a local gentleman's club.....http://www.usa7s.com/forum/smileys/lol.gif</DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV>As we would say in the UK, 'it would be rude not to'....</DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV>Anyone else had bizarre conversations with other drivers while out in their 7's?</DIV>

<DIV>2.0 Vauxhall/QED Engine on throttle bodies</DIV>

so far, the funniest thing I've heard about my car was from a kid who was helping install the A/C unit for my house.

Their multimeter broke, and I went in the garage to get mine for them. He saw the car and did a double-take. I heard him mention to his boss that "I bet it's lighter than a Civic, and faster too."

Ha ha, although hanging around for 90 minutes waiting for the photographer and girls to show up was annoying!

NIce looking car.

There is a trick I've seen done where you line up an unsuspecting
female in such a way as to 'highlight' the headlamps on the seven. All
in the best possible taste of course...
