Hi Cherik,
Here's a couple pics of the tool I used to machine the T-9 case to clear the bigger gear used in the BGH gearset. All I did was use a cut off wheel with a heavy washer to back it up. I centered the case in the drill press, mounted the tool into the extended chuck, and then let it machine the case as the tool was moved upwards. It took a while to machine but it worked remarkably well for stuff I had laying around. I think it was about 2 3/8" in diameter.
